Harold (Hal) Herman
(1964, 1966, 1967, 1980, 1981) Hal attended Wayne University School of music and studied with Herbert Berghof in New York. Performed on TV in True Story, The Doctors and many other TV programs; worked in summer stock at The Deertress Theatre, Palm Tree Playhouse, and Drama Guild. In addition to appearing in many productions, in later years he also directed at Wayside. He and his wife, Lindé Hayen, established the Music Theatre program at Shenandoah College & Conservatory of Music (now Shenandoah University) where he directed many productions and also starred in several, including Fiddler on the Roof.
